Choosing the right plan

How Starter, Pro and Enterprise differ, what business type changes, and which features are gated behind which plan.

Plans come in two families, restaurant and grocery, and three sizes. You choose the family when you register because it changes the screens you get, not just the price.

Restaurant plans

  • Starter. Core POS, table management and basic reporting. Right for a single cafe or small restaurant that mostly needs fast billing.
  • Pro. Everything in Starter plus online ordering, unlimited tables and advanced reports. Right once guests start ordering from your website or a table QR.
  • Enterprise. For chains. Unlimited tables, full multi-user access, a white-label website and priority support.

Grocery plans

  • Starter. Essential grocery POS: barcode scanning, product catalog and stock tracking.
  • Pro. Full grocery management: suppliers, purchase orders, expiry tracking and an online store.
  • Enterprise. For grocery chains: unlimited products, full multi-user access, an online storefront and priority support.

How to choose

Start with the question of who places the order. If it is always your own staff, at your counter, Starter is enough. If you want guests ordering on their own, from a table QR or from your website, you need online ordering, which starts at Pro. If you have more than one shop and want one account across all of them, that is Enterprise.

Changing later

You are not locked in. Your plan controls which features are switched on, so upgrading turns the extra screens on for the same data, with nothing to migrate. Ask us to move you up and the new features appear on your next sign-in.

When a plan expires

An expired licence locks the POS until it is renewed, and your data is kept safe. See plan expiry and renewal.
