PasaPOS is a point of sale and shop management system built for businesses in Nepal. It covers the whole day: taking an order, printing the bill, collecting payment, keeping stock honest, and telling you at closing time what the shop actually earned.
It runs in a web browser. There is no software to install and no POS machine to buy. The phone, tablet or laptop on your counter today is enough.
Who it is for
- Restaurants and cafes. Tables, a floor plan, dine-in and takeaway, a kitchen display, QR ordering from the table.
- Hotels and guest houses. A front desk with rooms, reservations, check-in and a guest folio that adds food to the room bill.
- Kirana and grocery shops. Barcode scanning, a product catalog, suppliers, purchase orders and expiry tracking.
- Retail shops. Everyday sales, stock levels and customer credit.
You pick the business type when you register, and PasaPOS shows you the screens that match it. A restaurant does not see purchase orders for crates of rice, and a kirana shop does not see a table floor plan.
What you get on day one
- A bill screen your cashier can learn in an afternoon.
- Receipts sized for 58 mm or 80 mm thermal paper, with your logo, your PAN or VAT number and your own footer line.
- VAT handled the Nepal way: switch it on, set the rate, and the VAT line appears on every bill and in every report.
- Udharo without the notebook. Put a bill on a customer account, record payments against it, and send an SMS when a balance is due.
- A dashboard that answers the only question that matters at 10pm: what did we sell today, and who still owes us money?
What it costs
Plans are monthly, in Nepali rupees, and are split by business type. Starter suits a single small shop. Pro adds online ordering and unlimited tables. Enterprise is for chains with several branches and a white-label website. See choosing the right plan.
