You already typed your menu in. A public page out of the same data costs you nothing extra.
What your page shows
Your shop name and logo, your live menu with photos and prices, your contact details and your pin on the map. It has its own web address, which you can paste into Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or a Google listing. Because the menu is the same one your counter uses, a price change at the till is a price change online, with nothing to republish.
Editing it
Go to Website. The editor shows whether the site is live, and the full address as a clickable link, so you can look at it the way a customer will. There is a QR for the counter if you want walk-ins to find the page too.
Online orders
With online ordering on, customers place orders from the page and they arrive in your POS alongside everything else. Each one carries the customer name, phone, the items, and any note. You accept, prepare and settle it like a counter sale. Customers can upload proof of payment, which you verify before the food goes out. See accepting digital payments.
Room requests
Hotels can take room requests the same way. The rooms online screen controls how much the public sees: rooms hidden, listed but not bookable, or bookable. Requests come in to the front desk to confirm, so you never lose a room to a double booking.
Being found
Three things do most of the work: a complete page with photos and real prices, an accurate map pin, and the same shop name, phone and address everywhere you appear online. Then paste the link into your social posts, because that is where your customers already are.
Plan
Online ordering starts at the Pro plan. Enterprise adds a white-label website.
