A second shop should not mean a second account and two sets of numbers to add up by hand.
How it is arranged
Your first shop is the main shop. It owns the catalog, the staff and the menu. Branches are added under it and inherit all of that, so a new branch opens with your menu already in place.
Add branches under Settings then Branches, where every shop appears as a storefront card and the one you are signed into is marked.
What each branch sells
Branches rarely sell exactly the same list. The branch visibility screen is a plain checklist: pick a branch, tick what it sells. The rooftop branch can offer a menu the takeaway counter does not, without maintaining two menus.
Switching branch
Staff switch their active branch from inside the app, and everything then applies to that shop: its orders, its tables, its stock, its takings. The screen always shows which shop you are in, which prevents the classic mistake of ringing up a sale in the wrong branch.
Reading all of them
Owners of a main shop get an all-branches view on the dashboard, so today is one number across the business as well as one number per shop. That is the view that tells you which branch is carrying the others.
What stays central
Payment methods are set once for the whole business, so every till offers the same tenders and the reconciliation adds up. Each shop sets its own name, logo, map pin and VAT status, because those are properly local.
Plan
Multi-branch is available on selected plans, and the number of branches you can open is part of your plan.
