The tender buttons at checkout are not a fixed list. You decide what your shop accepts, and the cashier sees only those.
Adding a method
Go to Settings then Payment methods. Cash is always first and cannot be removed. Add a row for each other way money reaches you: a mobile wallet, a bank QR, a card machine, a delivery platform that pays you later.
Name them the way your staff speak about them. If everyone at the counter says "the bank QR", call it that, not "fund transfer". The reports use these names, so the cash book reads like your own handover notes.
Who can change them
Payment methods belong to the parent shop. If you run branches, you set them once for the business and every branch tills uses the same list. A branch that opens this screen is sent back to Settings, which keeps one branch from inventing a tender nobody else reconciles.
Why it matters at closing time
Every payment is stored with its method. At the end of the day the cash book splits takings by method, so the cash you count in the drawer should match the cash line, and the wallet total should match your wallet statement. Methods that are vague or duplicated are the usual reason a handover does not balance.
Digital payment through FonePay
Taking money through the FonePay gateway is a separate feature from these tender buttons. See accepting digital payments with FonePay.
